Guild Ranks

Socials: Guild members below level 85 or not geared enough to do raids yet.

Alts: Initiates, Trial Raiders and Raiders alts. Your alt has the same rights has your main (for example, if you are a Priority Raider and wish to raid with an alt, you still get priority) but Raiders' alts must do a Trial run with their new character before getting that status. Attendance on alts will count for the main character.

Trial Raiders: Members with enough gear to raid, but who have never done any raids with us, and so must be tested in skill.

Raiders: There are 3 kinds of raiders:
Casual Raiders - Low priority on invitations to raid. No access to TLIM (see loot system)
Raiders - Normal priority on invitations to raid. Can use TLIM (see loot system)
Priority Raiders - High priority on invitations to raid. Can use TLIM (see loot system).

Lieutenants: Officers of the guild.

Promotions/Demotions:
We promote and demote players based on their attendance, every 2 weeks (that's 8 raids).
Casual Raiders: Promoted with 3 or more raids.
Raiders: Promoted with 7 or more raids, demoted with 2 or less raids.
Priority Raiders: Demoted with 6 or less raids.
