There is no number, we basically analize the raids afterwards (I record them), and then we decide to promote when we think we have enough proof that you're a good player who won't screw up. So far you're looking very good, but we've done rushed decisions in the past, and actually ended up promoting bad players to raiders, so we like to take our time analizing each and everyone. I'm sorry about this, but appreciate if you're patient
Newcomers have proven themselves to be patient players. We don't have restrictions to recruiting but we tend to inspect/play the players before recruiting. Also know that Awaken was first formed from a "bunch of guys who love to play WoW". This is not an hardcore guild but we aim perfection. So expect a very friendly guild with good chances of promotions! It's all up to you guys...
