We've made a few changes to the number of raids required to get a promotion or a demotion based on your current rank. Check these changes in the Promotions/Demotions section over at the Guild Ranks
That's quite some work you've got there. As a healer/tank and considering that our guild is not poppulated enough to generate that much competition I don't yet get to see how that works but I'll wait for our near future when we start one shotting everything.
Cheers for keeping it organized.
If everything goes as planned I'll be online today for raid, since I messed up all my schedule and got wednesday evening free.
I think it's a good thing, this guild needed some new raiding rules since alot of people started showing op 30mins later (in the hopes the raid would have started without them) or not showing up at all. With this rule there will be more attendence (at least i hope :)
It's definitely a good thing. Another good thing could be some place where we could report our absences so we can get replacements easily. I posted it on blog this week because it was the only way available.
usually everyone finds a way to tell me when they can't come to raids (if they want to ofc). Usually it's in game via mail or whisper, in some other cases through the blog, and in case they are irl friends, through phone or skype.
However, the need for a forum has been something requested quite sometimes, and I'll start working on it.
About the replacements, it's not easy to get them even if you report your absence. For example, if a tank says he can't come, we don't have anyone to replace him atm, and I'm trying hard as hell to recruit new guys, but it's nearly impossible to do that without having any guild kills
U guys both got a point, we defenitly need a good way to say if we can come for the week or not. And about the recruitment, lets make some good progress on omnitron defense system, since this is the only boss who was working out for us. I suggest wee just keep going on this one till we get him down...
